Mark Skinner is a Bristol-based senior UX consultant who has been improving customer experiences for nearly 10 years. After joining cxpartners in 2013, he has gone on to lead projects for a variety of high profile clients, primarily in financial services.
Working across research, strategy and design - with a constant eye on how to learn the most from a quick and dirty prototype - Mark has ensured that organisations understand the needs and desires of their customers and strive to deliver services that will improve their lives.
Summary of talk:
If a picture is worth a thousand words — A prototype is worth a thousand meetings.
But, how do you get the most from your prototype?
In this talk, Mark will give examples of how prototypes have been used to change the direction of an organisation, challenge assumptions and persuade people of things they would never have believed to be true, and fundamentally use a prototype to get to the heart of your problem. He'll conclude by giving his top tips for choosing the right prototype for any given problem.
